Kia ora,
I'm Georgie Hanafin, a thirty-six-year-old mother with a wealth of life experiences spanning over three decades. My journey has been filled with challenges and triumphs, each contributing to the person I am today.
Through an arduous eight-year, public legal battle with EQC, I discovered a passion for advocacy that burns within me. This struggle not only revealed my determination to seek justice but also ignited a thirst for knowledge and a keen sense of discernment when confronted with deception. I learned to identify when someone is trying to mislead me, a skill that has undoubtedly served me well
Beyond my legal endeavours, I have faced and overcome personal trials related to mental health, poverty, and single parenting, among others. These experiences have instilled in me a deep level of understanding and empathy for the struggles of others. I firmly believe that compassion and empathy are essential qualities for effecting positive change in the lives of those I encounter.
My diverse background has sparked a fervent drive to find answers and solutions that the media industry desperately needs. I am resolute in my mission to contribute meaningfully to this field and make a tangible impact on the lives of others.
