Dean has over two decades of experience in developing world class content and talent in New Zealand and internationally. He was Group Director, Entertainment, for NZME, Chief Content Officer, The Radio Network and prior to this, he was the Managing Director - Radio, for The Radio Network.
Overseas he was an international consultant in the UK and Europe and Group Programme Director for DMG Radio Australia and was responsible for launching the highly successful Nova Network.
Currently Dean Buchanan is the founder and CEO of DRB Entertainment.
