Kia Ora! 

My name is Theo Wilson and I am currently majoring in Voice / On-Air and Sales. My main goal in this industry is to one day become a radio show host, as I have a strong passion and love for communicating with others as well as entertaining. Throughout studying at broadcasting school, I have also developed a new passion for sales. Through using my strengths, I have been able to work closely alongside a wide variety of businesses. I have worked dedicatedly throughout each process needed to achieve the best possible outcome and have found the whole process to be satisfying and exciting. Through this I achieved 220% of the initial individual sales target. I have also been able to manage and assist a group of 7 students in sales as well. I am a very creative person and enjoy producing exciting, enjoyable and entertaining content for everyone to appreciate.

I have a friendly, amusing personality in the workplace and I work well collaborating with others, but when work needs to be done, I ensure that I apply myself seriously to a task. I am always committed and determined to finish anything on time and at a high standard. I am also very passionate about yarning with anyone and everyone as well as working amongst a wide variety of people. Learning anything I can about the industry which can help me grow to be the best possible working version of myself is also very important to me, and I am always accepting of advice.
