Finally following my dream in my 50's!
After 3 years in community radio I realised my favourite part of my job was working with people to tell their stories - giving them a platform and helping them find the words!
I have produced my own radio shows, both pre-recorded and live, and have also produced a number of youth radio programmes.
In my second and final year of study, I have had the opportunity to create a number of significant onlines stories for our MetroNews website as well as a three-part podcast series that can be found on the NZBS Soundcloud page.
I am also editor of and a contributing writer to the Ara student magazine.
