Kia Ora,
When I first came to NZBS I was focused on becoming a sports reporter as sports is my passion. However, during the past 2 years, I have broadened my horizons and have fallen in love with all types of reporting and storytelling.
Meeting new and interesting people has been the highlight of my time at NZBS. Rising to the challenge of writing and shaping stories has built a solid knowledge base for me to continue learning whilst giving 100 % as an intern.
Playing organised sport since 4 years old has taught me the importance of team work and collaboration. I thrive when working with people from all different backgrounds to achieve a common goal.
I believe my solid work ethic and willingness to learn makes me perfect for any newsroom position.
