I pride myself on my ability to be both a team leader and a team player depending on what the situation demands. My skill set is based in production as it allows me to use my organisation and people skills to problem solve. I was the Production Manager for Metro News which allowed me to coordinate people and content on a larger scale. This taught me how to learn new skills quickly and adapt to different situations. My initiative, strong work ethic and ability to learn make me an asset to any team or work environment.
