Kia ora, my name is Anna Shine and I'm a second year radio student. My dream for radio began for me in primary school when I became a part of our student station BeachBreak 107.1 fm and since then I knew I wanted to work in radio. 

This year I have chosen to major in production and producing which I am loving. As part of production I have gained knowledge of ProTools and am continuing to learn more each day. I was part of the team who created the imagining for Rewind as well as creating advertisements which were sold to clients. I enjoy creating imaging as there is more creative freedom, however have found that I prefer the commercial side of production. 

Producing has been my favourite part of working on Rewind. Working with a team to create the best station for Rachel. From this, I have gained a lot of confidence and the ability to stand up for myself when I don't think something is right. I have also learnt to use Live Stream software and Premier Pro to create content of our show for socials. I have also gained the ability to give constructive feedback to on air talent

I'm an enthusiastic young women who loves to give anything ago and puts everything into my work to achieve high standards. No matter how big the challenge. I've very passionate about putting a smile on peoples faces and can't wait to get out into the industry.
